A: No. Character Eyez is an optical boutique, not an optometry office. Bring a prescription from any optometrist or ophthalmologist and our licensed opticians handle measurements, lens selection, and fitting.

Q: Do you repair glasses?
A: Yes. Walk-in repairs are welcome with no appointment, including glasses purchased elsewhere. Many repairs are completed on the spot.
